Refund Policy

  • At Kiffany & Co., we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

    REFUNDS
    Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
    Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of receipt of your online purchase to request a refund. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
    Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@charmedbykiffany.com/(888) 543-2019. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We may require a receipt or proof of purchase.
    Approval: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
    Non-Refundable Items: There is a no return/exchange policy on custom orders.
